Welcome to positionedtobeblessed.com.  Evangelist Joycelyn Williams is the founder of Joycelyn Williams Ministries.  A ministry for the broken-hearted with a vision to see them restored.

Joycelyn Williams is a Bible teacher, psalmist, and speaker.  She has been with her true love, Johnnie, for many years. Together, they have one daughter, three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

In the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and other places, she has preached the gospel at conferences, retreats, and churches.  She worked in the prison and rehabilitation ministries as well.  She has a servant's heart and is an active leader in her church, serving in several positions.
